NewAge S.p.a. was founded on 1997 in Apulia, country with a strong vocation for the entrepreneurship, as a Company operating in the clothing industry. NewAge S.p.a. is specialist in production and distribution of branded clothing under license.

The underwear, homewear, beachwear and sportwear collections for man and for woman are the result of a 20 years know how. NewAge S.P.A. also offers its own branded underwear collections studied as a strategy to be competitive on the market.

During the years NewAge S.p.a. has created a business based on strategy, ambition, professionality, determination. NewAge is today a smart, efficient, innovative, competitive Company; It is very able to offer a good quality standard and to respect the current trend.

Production is managed and supervised by a very competent team who develops the products supported by a control dashboard. A selected net of partners cooperates with NewAge in the production process ensuring hight quality standards.

The real strenght of the Company is the internal organization. The staff is supported by a specific software created upon the Company needs.  This software allows a very quick communication either among the internal departments or with the external partners.

Thanks to this organization NewAge is able to catch the market trends in advance and to transform them in trading opportunities. The team of designers is very able to translate the identity of each licensed brand in collections with a great appeal and interest on the market. Due to this system the resources and the business operation are optimized.
 

The foundation

At the end of the 90’s NewAge s.a.s. took the first steps in the textile industry. The choice of the name is not casual, it is a message to the market in terms of new style, quality, strategy, focus.

1997

This is the moment when a business plan become a modern Company New Age s.r.l. able to develop important production performances and ready to cooperate with international partners.

2004

THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE PROCESS

The digital challenge starts for NewAge. The base for new informatic systems customized on the Company needs is placed. New Sharing is introduced, and the connection of the operating processes immediately takes off. New Sharing is a platform for sharing the technical sheets with the international manufacturers.

2010

NEW AGE S.P.A. TOP PLAYER IN THE CLOTHING INDUSTRY

This is the turning point year. It is the market itself to “announce the goals” and the business trend grows-up significantly. NewAge has reached an high standard quality, an innovative process, a powerful internal organization;  the doors are opened to more ambicious targets.

2016

UMBRO, A GAME TO PLAY, A MATCH BETWEEN CHAMPIONS

The most important match is coming yet and New Age with its particular dynamism is ready to play.
Umbro is a very popular brand in the world with a hundred years story, this is the new challenge for New Age.
NewAge took the license in 2017 directly from the American big Company Iconix Brand Group. This is an ambicious step but perfectly in line with NewAge target.

UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. Quality management and specific commitments.

Newage's history is also the result of consolidated Company procedures that have determined its solid growth. Since 2019, the Company has implemented a quality management system that complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which entails specific objectives and commitments for Newage, such as customer and consumer satisfaction, reassuring its suppliers, motivating and protecting its staff, and guaranteeing company property.
